No carrier is perfect and there are instances where your items may go missing which we have no control over.
We will take the following action to ensue you receive the goods you ordered and go through the minimum inconvenience:
Parcels sent Royal Mail
Royal Mail wait 15 working days to declare a 1st Class item lost.
We will send you a replacement if you haven't received your goods after 15 working days* for the UK, 28 working days for the EU or 40 working days for the rest of the world. (subject to our Lost Parcel Claim Form being completed)
*2nd Class mail is subject to an additional 3 working days
Parcels sent via Courier
Parcels sent via our carrier network are fully tracked and a signature is required (unless specific instructions are given).

Carriers charge us a surcharge for delivering goods to certain regions of the UK and the overall size and weight of the parcel will have a bearing on the actual cost of carriage.
Please be sure to tell us what you are ordering, how many you require and the postcode where you require the delivery to be made to. With this information we can give you an accurate quote for the delivery of your goods.

ZONE C: Scottish Highlands, PA, PH12+, AB26+, IV, KW, FK17+, G83
ZONE D: Northern Ireland (BT).
ZONE E: All Offshore Islands.
